  • Do you have stock on your items?
    Most items are usually in stock, please call or E-mail for availability.
  • How soon from ordering will I receive my order?
    Product is usually shipped in approximately 5-10 working days from receipt of order. Production may be subject to change.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping cost will depend upon quantity of items that are ordered. Shipping will be quoted at time of order.
  • I need my order right away; can I pay extra to do this?
    We do quote expedited orders, please call or email with your request.
  • I need faster shipping, how much extra is that charge?
    Shipments are all sent ground service. We do offer next business day, second business day and three-business day’s service. Please call or email for you shipping quotation.
  • Do you charge a sales tax?
    Sales tax will only be charged for orders shipped in the State of California.
  • Do you have a will-call?
    Your order can be picked-up at our facility by request.
  • What if I need to cancel the order?
    Orders need to be canceled in writing with in 24 hours of placed order. Custom orders are all final, No Returns.
  • Do you offer any discounts for multiple items ordered?
    We do offer discounts for quantity orders. Please call or email for your quotation.
  • What color options do I have?
    We offer Standard colors in Black, White, Safety Red, Medium Gray, Standard Beige, Royal Blue, Navy Blue or Dark Bronze. These colors are based upon our color standards.
    Custom colors can be produced with customer supplied color sample. All colors are matched as close as possible in high gloss finishes.
  • Do you sell replacement parts?
    Some items are replaceable. Please call or email for your request of spare parts.
  • Do you just take credit cards?
  • We do except checks or money orders.
    What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
  • If items appear to be damaged when received, you should refuse your order from the Freight Company. Please call customer service immediately to report shipping damages.  You must inspect your order with in 24 hours of receipt for any damages or order shortages. Orders are not subject for any refunds or returns if policy is not followed.
